Where’s Fred’s is a day-to-night café and wine-bar situated in Frederick’s Place, a unique campus-style cluster of historic character buildings less than a minute’s walk from Bank station. Occupying the ground floor of a beautifully-restored townhouse, Where’s Fred’s feels like the kind of secluded spot you’d usually only find by word-of-mouth, but is actually hiding in plain sight in the heart of the Square Mile.

Our menus change to complement  the time of day, taking you from delicious brunch dishes and specialty coffees through to Mediterranean-inspired small and sharing plates for evening, perfectly suited to grazing on with a glass of wine. Our carefully-selected wine list consists of mostly European wines from land-focused producers, while our coffees are from our partners Origin, who know the stories behind the coffee-growers and farms they source from.

Launching on Wednesday 1st December 2021, Where.s Fred.s is the latest hospitality venture from Chelsea Finch, the entrepreneur behind the three-strong District group of neighbourhood cafés in Parsons Green, Mayfair and Nine Elms. Speaking on her vision for Where.s Fred.s, founder Chelsea says

“Where.s Fred.s is an evolution of the things District does so well for daytime – those easy, satisfying brunch dishes that everyone loves, and seriously good coffee – with the addition for evening of great classic cocktails, sociable, shareable food, and of course amazing natural wines.”
